Traveling to Puerto Naos has reached a new era of ease. As of February 2026, the village is fully open, the roads are smooth, and previous access restrictions have become a thing of the past. Whether you are a returning visitor or discovering our black sands for the first time, getting to Naos Beach Studio is now a simple and scenic journey.
Here is your definitive guide to reaching us in 2026.
One of the most important updates for 2026 is that entry authorizations and QR codes are no longer required to access the main areas of Puerto Naos or to stay at our studio.
You can move freely, come and go as you please, and enjoy the village atmosphere without any digital paperwork. While safety monitors remain active for total peace of mind, the village is fully accessible to all visitors. We invite you to experience the "new normal" where the only thing you need to worry about is catching the sunset.
If you’re renting a car, the drive to the west coast is now a highlight of the trip. The road network has been completely modernized to offer better connectivity than ever before.
The Carretera de la Costa: This impressive new highway connects Tazacorte directly to Puerto Naos. It’s an incredible drive that takes you across the lava deltas, offering a front-row seat to the island's new geography and the raw power of nature.
The LP-213: The traditional route down into the village is fully operational, well-signposted, and offers a smooth descent from the main valley hubs like Los Llanos.
Parking Made Easy: Finding a spot is stress-free. There is a convenient public parking area located just steps away from our studio and the village center.
Local Insight: Because Naos Beach Studio is located just a short 5-minute walk from the main village parking, you can drop your bags and be on the sand in no time. The new infrastructure makes it one of the most accessible holiday rentals in Puerto Naos for the 2026 season.
The bus remains a reliable and eco-friendly way to reach the coast if you prefer not to drive.
Line 24 (Los Llanos – Puerto Naos): This frequent service connects the main station in Los Llanos de Aridane with the Puerto Naos beachfront.
Convenience: The bus stops at the newly renovated station in the village, which is just a short walk from the street and our studio. You can easily check the latest schedules via the local transport app.
Taxis are available 24/7 at the airport and in all major towns. A taxi from the airport takes approximately 45 minutes. Since there are no more village entry restrictions, your driver can take you directly to the studio area or the nearby parking without any special permits.
Local Tip: For the best views, take the "Coast Road" from Tazacorte. The way the new volcanic landscape meets the Atlantic is a sight you won't want to miss!
Everything is ready for your arrival. The promenade is bustling, the sunset is waiting, and the journey here is easier than ever. Our studio is quietly tucked away on a residential street, yet easily accessible from the new main routes. Whether you arrive by the spectacular new coast road or the convenient local bus, you’ll find that Naos Beach Studio is the perfect base for your 2026 island escape.
