They say that home isn't a place, it’s a feeling. But for us, creating this studio was a journey of turning a challenge into a sanctuary.

Back in December 2025, our days were filled with questions. We reached out to colleagues, researched regulations, and navigated a sea of paperwork without a roadmap. There was no "how-to" guide for what we were trying to build. We just knew we wanted to get every detail right.

This studio wasn't just a business project. After the volcano took our original home, my parents lived here. They didn't just furnish it; they decorated it to be their own haven. They poured their hearts into making it a true home, and that is exactly the feeling we want to share with every guest who walks through our door.

While Stepan mentioned how clean and cozy the place is, there is one corner that holds my heart: the outdoor table. There is something incomparable about having breakfast there while the sun rises and the village is still asleep. Or sharing a bottle of wine at night in the deep silence of the building, just talking. It’s a place designed for those moments of connection and peace that we all crave.

When the notification popped up and we saw that 10, my mother Olga and I had the exact same reaction: we screamed with joy and immediately called each other!

Knowing that the love we put into this space translated into a wonderful experience for Stepan means the world to us. Stepan’s feedback highlighted how clean and cozy the studio is (two things we prioritize above all). As we navigate the current status of Puerto Naos, knowing our guests feel safe and at home is our greatest achievement. It’s the best reward we could have asked for as we start this 2026 season.
